Dr. Satya Pal Kataria, Vice-Chairman, Medical Oncology at Medanta, Gurugram, has over 27 years of experience in Medical Oncology. He completed his MBBS and MD (General Medicine) from JIPMER, Pondicherry, and underwent senior residency and super-specialty training at AIIMS, New Delhi. Dr. Kataria previously served as the Head of Department at VMMC Safdarjung Hospital before joining Medanta. He has published extensively in prestigious journals. Dr. Shyam B Bansal, Associate Director at Medanta’s Institute of Nephrology and Kidney Transplant, has made significant contributions to nephrology. He was awarded for his work on hepatitis C in kidney transplant recipients and established the nephrology department at Medical College Gwalior in 2006. He has published extensively in kidney transplantation and was the first to report a case of kidney transplantation in an HIV-positive patient in India.
